Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Head of Finance and Accounts. The role involves overseeing financial operations, preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. The Head of Finance and Accounts will also develop financial strategies, provide insights into the company's financial performance, and supervise the finance team to ensure the organization's financial objectives are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and related processes
- Strong skills in Finance management, including understanding of principles, policies, and best practices
- Excellent Analytical Skills for data interpretation, reporting, and decision-making
- Experience in Budgeting and financial planning
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor teams
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional qualification such as CA or CMA is preferred
- Proficiency in financial tools and software is an advantage
