    Job Overview

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Optometrist to join our team at Factor Human Resources Pvt. Ltd. As an Optometrist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive eye and vision care to our clients. This includes conducting eye examinations, diagnosing and treating various eye conditions, fitting and dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses, and providing recommendations for further treatment or surgical options.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Diploma in Optometry or BSC Optometry
    • Valid state license to practice as an Optometrist
    • Proven experience as an Optometrist, preferably with 1 to 3 years of experience
    • Excellent knowledge of eye-related conditions, treatments, and visual aids
    • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in conducting eye examinations and prescribing visual aids
    • Proficiency in using optometric equipment and technology
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
    • Proficient in English, Hindi
    • Willing to work on Sundays

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess visual acuity, visual function, and ocular health
    • Diagnose and treat various eye conditions, such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, and presbyopia
    • Prescribe and dispense eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other visual aids based on individual needs
    • Provide pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgeries
    • Educate patients on proper eye care practices and preventive measures
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as ophthalmologists and opticians, to ensure coordinated patient care
    • Keep accurate and detailed records of patients' eye health and treatment plans
    • Stay updated with advancements in optometry and participate in continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge
