- Diploma in Optometry or BSC Optometry
- Valid state license to practice as an Optometrist
- Proven experience as an Optometrist, preferably with 1 to 3 years of experience
- Excellent knowledge of eye-related conditions, treatments, and visual aids
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals
- Attention to detail and accuracy in conducting eye examinations and prescribing visual aids
- Proficiency in using optometric equipment and technology
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficient in English, Hindi
- Willing to work on Sundays
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess visual acuity, visual function, and ocular health
- Diagnose and treat various eye conditions, such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, and presbyopia
- Prescribe and dispense eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other visual aids based on individual needs
- Provide pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgeries
- Educate patients on proper eye care practices and preventive measures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as ophthalmologists and opticians, to ensure coordinated patient care
- Keep accurate and detailed records of patients' eye health and treatment plans
- Stay updated with advancements in optometry and participate in continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge
