    CLUSTER BUSINESS MANAGER (Full Truck Load ) Freight as a Service(FaaS)NaviMumbaiCoreResponsibilities:
    • Responsible fordriving revenues and growing the market share as per targetsassigned for particular cluster
    • Role wouldentail hunting for new corporate accounts and farming of existingcorporate accounts
    • Engagement and acquisitionof potential customers through direct methods such as cold callingfacetoface meeting and indirect methods such asnetworking
    • Ensure DSO targets Gross MarginProfitability and trading ratio targets aremaintained
    • Coordinate with HO for continuousimprovements in the processes for enhanced experience of shipperson the platform

    Qualifications:
    • 48years business experience in sales and/or account managementpreferably in Logistics industry
    • Goodunderstanding of how freight market and relationships betweentruckers consignors shippers and brokerswork.
    • Adept in managing clientrelationship
    • Experience with an existingdigital freight aggregation platform will bepreferred.
    • Good understanding of localgeography culture market characteristics
    • Opento travelling
    • Ability to work independently andproactively
