All this has been done with an energetic & dedicated team of engineers, for whom no problem is unsolvable.

    What will you do at Tejas?

    Product Engineering team owns:

    • and software validation for the entire product portfolio
    • Framework Development for the entire product portfolio
    • and deliver customer documentation and training solutions
    • with technical certifications like TL9000, TSEC etc.

    Team works closely with PLM, HW and SW architects, sales and customer account teams to innovate and develop network deployment strategy for a broad spectrum of networking products and software solutions. As part of this team, you will get an opportunity to validate, demonstrate and influence new technologies to shape future optical, routing, fiber broadband and wireless networks.

    As a Lead/Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for:

    Responsibilities

    • You will have ownership to develop test cases for RAN functionalities to meet customer requirements complying to 3GPP standard
    • Log analysis, Performance, Capacity and Soak testing
    • Work closely with design teams to plan and deliver high quality releases on time
    • Raising bugs and getting the issues fixed in co-ordination with development team
    • Augment test plans with feedback from Customer deployments and field issues
    • Automate end-to-end testcases using real UEs and UE simulators

    Experience / Skill Required

    • Around 7+ years of experience with BE/B.Tech./M.Tech. (EE/CS) Degree
    • Working experience in 4G/5G enodeB verification cycle by validating 3GPP protocols, call flow, end to end traffic throughput requirements
    • Hands-on experience with wireless-centric test tools is a must
    • Hands-on experience testing Air interface, S1AP, Mobility and wireless stack
    • Working knowledge of VoLTE, IMS server, EPC core is a huge plus
    • Should have good debugging and log analysis skills
    • Passion for achieving excellence in process, product quality and reliability

    Must be detail oriented and possess excellent communications skills
