Job summary
We are looking for a Growth Manager who will own end-to-end growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization over the next 1–2 years. This role is highly hands-on and data-driven, working closely with the founder, product, content, and data teams to build sustainable and scalable growth engines.Responsibilities
- User Acquisition & Channel Growth Design and execute long-term growth strategies across organic, paid, and partnership channels Scale app installs and web traffic via SEO, content-led growth, performance marketing, and referrals Identify and double down on channels that work best for tier 2–4 audiences Funnel & Conversion Optimization Own the full user journey: Discovery → Signup → Activation → Engagement → Paid Improve conversion rates across landing pages , onboarding , practice flows , paywalls Plan run structured A/B experiments on copy , creatives , flows Retention Engagement Lifecycle Work closely with product to improve retention habit formation long-term engagement Build lifecycle journeys using push notifications WhatsApp email in-app nudges Collaborate community-driven engagement retention initiatives Analytics Dashboards Insights Own growth analytics tools like Google Analytics Amplitude Clevertap Metabase Track review key metrics weekly : activation % retention CAC LTV cohort behavior Convert data clear insights priorities execution plans Experimentation Growth Systems Run continuous growth experiments clear hypotheses learnings Build repeatable innovation loops document experiments internal playbooks Must-Have Skills Experience in performance marketing or product-led experience Strong understanding of funnels cohorts experimentation Hands-on experience analytics engagement tools Comfortable working stage startup Strong mindset ownership attitude Good Have Experience EdTech consumer apps Bharat-focused products Knowledge SEO ASO content distribution Experience SMS-based engagement strategies Ability collaborate design content teams creatives Why Join EnglishBhashi High ownership role direct founder collaboration Opportunity build strategy from scratch Work impacting learners non-metro India Fast learning curve real decision-making power Skills analytics,data,social media,digital marketing seo design ownership clear
