    Job Title: Social Media Manager

    Location- Ahmedabad

    Experience- Minimum of 3-4yrs of experience.

    Salary Range - 35k - 45k

    **Responsibilities:**

    1. **Content Creation:**

    Develop engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms.

    Craft compelling captions, posts, and multimedia content.

    2. **Strategy Development:**

    Formulate and execute social media strategies aligned with organizational goals.

    Stay updated on industry trends to enhance the brand's online presence.

    Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter platforms and trends.

    3. **Audience Engagement:**

    Foster community engagement through comments, messages, and interactions.

    Monitor and respond to audience feedback and inquiries.

    4. **Analytics and Reporting:**

    Track and analyze social media performance using tools and metrics.

    Generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.

    5. **Campaign Management:**

    Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid promotions.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.

    6. **Brand Advocacy:**

    Cultivate brand advocates and influencers for collaboration.

    Build and maintain relationships with key influencers in the industry.

    Planning giveaways with other brands and influencers on monthly basis.

    Creating and promoting single brand tonality in all social media platforms.

    7. **Monitoring Trends:**

    Stay abreast of social media trends and algorithm changes.

    Adjust strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

    8. **Platform Management:**

    Manage and update social media profiles on various platforms.

    Ensure brand consistency and compliance with platform guidelines.

    **Requirements:**

    • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Proven experience of 3-4yrs in social media management.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
    • Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
    • Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices.
