    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Senior Developer / Lead with extensive experience in Dynamics CRM development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Customization and Configuration across modules (Sales, Service), along with significant experience in Ribbon customization, sitemap editing, and App designing. Proficiency in JavaScript and C#, particularly with plugins and workflows, is essential. A key aspect of this role involves integration experience utilizing Logic Apps, Azure Integration Services, and Function Apps, alongside familiarity with Azure DevOps, XRMToolbox, Rest Builder, and OOTB CRM capabilities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Dynamics 365 Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM online (Sales & Services) solutions, leveraging both OOTB capabilities, configuration, and customization.
    • Integration Expertise: Drive integration experience using Logic Apps, Azure Integration Services, and Function Apps to connect Dynamics 365 with other systems.
    • CRM Customization: Implement and enhance CRM functionality through Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript, and C#.
    • UI/UX Enhancement: Specialize in Ribbon customization, sitemap editing, and App designing to optimize user experience.
    • Tooling Proficiency: Effectively use tools such as XRMToolbox and Rest Builder for development and debugging.
    • Methodologies & Collaboration: Operate within Agile methodologies, utilize GIT and TFS for version control, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Troubleshooting & Support: Demonstrate excellent skills in debugging existing issues and possess strong communication skills to articulate solutions.
    • Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams (for Lead role).
    • Pre-Sales & Analysis (Advantageous): Facilitate workshop facilitation, storyboarding, and prototyping, with experience in business analysis activities being advantageous.

    Required Skills and Experience

    • Extensive experience as a Dynamics CRM Developer.
    • Proven integration experience with Logic Apps, Azure Integration Services, and Function Apps.
    • Strong experience in Customization and Configuration across modules (Sales, Service).
    • Good experience in Ribbon customization, sitemap editing, and App designing.
    • Proficiency in JavaScript and C#, especially in developing plugins and workflows.
    • Understanding of Agile methodologies, GIT, and TFS.
    • Good experience with Azure DevOps, XRMToolbox, Rest Builder, and understanding of OOTB CRM capabilities.
    • Acquaintance with the integration of Dynamics CRM with other systems.
    • Excellent debugging skills for existing issues.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Extensive experience in OOTB capabilities, configuration, and customization of Dynamics 365 applications, ideally Sales or Customer Service.

    Preferred Skills

    • Workshop facilitation, storyboarding, and prototyping experience.
    • Experience in business analysis activities.
    • Current Microsoft certifications in relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and Power Platform.
    • Deep functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Services) and Power Platform.
