Contactingand following up with new Clients and setting up new businessopportunities. Prospect for potential new clients and turn thisinto increased business. Understand client s needs and proposesolutions that suit them best Plan approaches and pitches Buildrelationships with new clients. Cold calling for sales of Primaryproperties. Attending developer meetings & training as andwhen required. Convert prospects into customers by showcasingappropriate residential properties to the prospects matching theinvestment/residential needs of the prospects. Negotiation meetingwith buyer and seller.
