    Description

    Responsibilities:
    Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses in accordance with company policies.

    • Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decisionmaking.
    • Monthly closing of management account
    • Commercial responsibility
    • Develop financial strategies and plans to support the refinery's longterm goals and objectives.
    • Lead the annual budgeting process, prepare financial forecasts, and monitor financial performance against targets.
    • Quarterly projection of forecast
    • Budgetary control & Variance analysis.
    • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Identify financial risks, implement risk mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
    • Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support operational needs and investment requirements.
    • Evaluate and prioritize capital investment opportunities, monitor project financials, and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
    • Establish and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.
    • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting requirements, and other statutory obligations.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decisionmaking and drive business growth.

    Qualifications:

    • Qualified CA with at least 10 years of relevant experience only from oil and gas industry (oil refinery).
    • Strong financial acumen with indepth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
    • Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to lead and develop a highperforming finance team.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and financial modelling tools.
