- Work with suppliers to develop new accessories for different carlines.
- Good communication skills to co-ordinate with different cross functional teams to launch the products, arrange and oversee vehicle build activities.
- Product Lifecycle Management knowledge to oversee release of parts.

- Incorporate new products into the program cycle plan, establish testing/validation disciplines.
- Work with FCS suppliers to: Design new accessories or improve existing accessories. Provide and validate required data. Perform packaging and environment studies. Arrange design review and validation, to include styling, engineering and management.
- Support prototype fit ups and reviews
- Review all releasing documents and maintain records.
- Work with base program design and release engineers as an effective source of information and updates.
- Instruction sheet review and validation
- Arrange Mod Center trials, review installation process, issue alerts and concerns as needed to support launch events.
- Evaluate SREA application and coordinate review with Specialty Buyer
- Conduct feasibility part studies through CAD and physical vehicle fit ups.
- Review supplier warranty data, testing data and part specification.
- Release parts into WERS - Worldwide Engineering Release System
- Review supplier timelines to support product and program launches.
- Review safety requirements with ASO and SME's.
- Review and perform compliance testing to meet Safety requirements (regionally).
- Perform engineering sign-off for approved parts.
- Support key production build events.
- Update WERS with information obtained through carryover review process.
- Co-ordinate CAD requests between supplier and GBS CAD resource.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be detailed oriented with an ability to multi-task and adhere to established deadlines.
- Experience in working with Teamcenter / Catia preferred.
