    Description

    Hiring – Product Manager

    Experience – 8+ Years

    Location – Bangalore / Hyderabad

    Job Description

    Leadership: Directing the product vision and team ;

    Product sense: Generating insights.

    Oversee multiple projects – Be able to guide and put a high level scope / requirement on multiple projects

    Mentoring - Coaching junior interns/ BA on how to write requirements , bringing them upto speed on the agile process / tools that is being followed in their projects

    Recruitment – Interviewing and helping resource the right talent and build the product team

    People Management – Should have experience in managing BA's / interns and be responsible for their growth in the organization.

    Product domain – Help build the knowledge base

    Engaging the product team - Be able to engage the product team / knowledge sharing sessions as needed.

    Requirement Gathering - gather, handle, and prioritize customer needs and wants

    Prioritization - MVP release and customer feedback collection and iterations.

    Execution - Discovery , planning and development.

    Collaborator – Be able to collaborate on dependencies and risks across horizontal agile teams,

    Communication – Effective and timely communications on risks , dependencies and deliverables with stakeholder and scrum teams.

    Experience working in Agile / Safe framework is an advantage.

    Tools – Experience with Jira , ADO , Miro , Visio or
