    Chief of Staff

    A key strategic partner and advisor to the Founder, ensuring the studio's priorities and initiatives are effectively managed and executed.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Shadow the founders in everyday management of their schedules and prioritize engagements and activities.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to the Founder, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
    • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for meetings and engagements.
    • Optimize workflows and processes across functions to improve the studio's effectiveness.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
    • Represent the studio in high-level discussions and strategic partnerships.
    • Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team for managing schedules, appointments, information, and communication.

    Requirements

    • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Relevant education or certification in business administration, management, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or advisory role.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
