The Specialist I - IT End User Computing provides technical support to enable users to perform their business activities at multiple locations.This person facilitates support issues as needed,
acts as a site advocate to resolve issues with urgency,
develops key relationships with IT SMEs,
provides C-Level support for incidents
and drives technology adoption.
