• You must have a serious passion for designing communication concepts and unique intuitive experiences across channels.
• Strive for ideas that go beyond the expected and tap into cultural and behavioural insights to move consumers emotionally
• Know how to excite consumers with delightful details.

What will you do?

• Drive design strategy
• Work closely with the Creative Team to generate ideas and concepts.
• Lead the visual oversight of creative products from inception through completion.
• Responsible for converting, planning and executing design projects independently and in conjunction with the various teams across all mediums. I.e Traditional as well as digital

Desired Skills & Experience -

• Requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in the advertising domain with an art school or related degree (BFA/B.Des/M.Des)
• A serious understanding of visual branding concepts.
• Experience designing for intuitive and delightful user experiences i.e websites and apps would be an added bonus
• Deep experience with Adobe CC, especially Photoshop and Illustrator and Aftereffects.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in brand campaigns and communication.
• Excellent work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
