    Role: Quality Assurance Engineer

    AI-Native Developer Platform (Vibe Coding)

    Location: Noida, India

    Employment Type: Full-Time

    Reports To: Co-Founder / CTO

    About Us -

    We are building a next-generation AI-native development platform that enables humans

    and autonomous agents to collaboratively build, modify, test, and deploy software

    systems. Our platform is stateful, agent-driven, infrastructure-aware, multi-step and versioned,

    and designed for production-grade developer workflows.

    Unlike traditional SaaS applications, our system includes long-running agent tasks,

    sandboxed code execution, multi-file modifications, deployment automation, and rollback

    mechanisms. We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer who can ensure reliability, regression

    safety, and production stability across complex AI-driven workflows.

    Role Overview -

    This is not a checklist-based manual testing role. You will be responsible for designing and implementing testing strategies across:

    - Agent orchestration pipelines

    - Multi-step execution workflows

    - Distributed asynchronous systems

    - Sandboxed execution environments

    - Deployment and rollback flows

    - UI workflows for state-heavy interactions

    You will work closely with engineering to build automated quality gates that protect

    system reliability.

    Core Responsibilities -

    - Design end-to-end test strategies for agent workflows

    - Create automated regression suites for backend services

    - Build validation harnesses for AI agent outputs

    - Design failure injection and resilience test scenarios

    - Validate rollback and recovery mechanisms

    - Ensure deployment pipelines include automated safety checks

    - Define quality metrics and reliability benchmarks

    - Collaborate with engineering on improving system testability and observability

    You will help define what production-ready means for an AI-native system.

    Required Qualifications -

    1) Automation-First Testing Mindset.

    Experience building:

    - Automated API tests

    - Integration and system-level tests

    - Asynchronous workflow tests

    - CI/CD-integrated test pipelines

    - Containerised test environments

    You should be comfortable writing code for test automation.

    2) Distributed Systems Testing

    Experience validating:

    - Event-driven architectures

    - Asynchronous workers and queues

    - Retry mechanisms

    - Idempotent operations

    - Failure recovery paths

    You understand that distributed systems fail in non-obvious ways.

    3) AI and Agent Validation (Strong Advantage)

    Experience with:

    - Validating structured LLM outputs

    - Testing multi-step agent workflows

    - Building evaluation pipelines

    - Measuring consistency and reliability

    - Detecting regression in AI behaviour

    You understand that AI systems require evaluation harnesses, not just pass/fail checks.

    Merit-Based Qualification -
