    1. We are looking at someone with team management experience in Call Centres/BPOs (Voice)

    2. Excellent Communication Skills

    3. Total work experience of at least 6-10 years with at least 3-5 years of team management experience (Team size of around 10-15 at least)

    4. Must be able to set up new processes and come up with tracking mechanism on productivity and quality
