Job Summary:

The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative and facility-related activities. The role requires strong coordination skills, vendor management, and budget control abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
  • Oversee office facilities management including housekeeping, security, pantry, and general maintenance.
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and other service agreements.
  • Maintain and update records related to administrative activities, bills, invoices, contracts, and agreements.
  • Assist in travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and vehicle management for employees and visitors.
  • Handle petty cash and monitor administrative expenses within approved budgets.
  • Organize and coordinate office meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies related to administration and facility management.
  • Support management in improving administrative processes and cost optimization.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Good organizational and coordination skills.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and expense tracking.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in administration or facility management.
  • Experience in handling vendors, office operations, and budgeting preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
