    IT Consulting resource – Experience in ICT Consulting, digital transformation, Smart solutions, IOT. Experience of business process reengineering, IT strategy and ICT blueprint, technology application/ solution design. Project management expertise in ICT.

    Roles and responsibilities

    Developing project Charter

    Define project scope and deliverables that support business goals

    Develop project plans & schedule including project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools (Microsoft Project Management)

    Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary Identify and manage project dependencies

    Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations

    Issue status reports to the project team, analyse results, and troubleshoot problem areas

    Monitor and proactively manage project with specific focus on changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans

    Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.

    Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project.

    Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management

    Create key ICT project documentation such as SRS, FRS and Testing strategy

    Required Skill

    Project/ Program Management, Business Process Engineering, Detailed Project report preparation, RFP preparation & Bid process management, Understanding of Smart Solutions ecosystem, IOT, ICCC, System Integration, Cloud & IT Infrastructure
