    Job Description - Dealer Development Associate

    Are you a Sales Ninja? We have got an opportunity for you to work with the fastest-growing EV technology company, and be part of an awesome team.

    We are looking for people who are willing to learn and work in a dynamic environment. They take ownership of their responsibilities, have high ethical values and work with a single aim to make RideEV, India's most trustworthy EV Start-up. This is a starting-level role and would entail frequent travelling for dealer acquisition and engagement.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    · Gaining insights into RideEV products and services and learning the intricacies of products sold and serviced by RideEV

    · Responsible for identification of open points, Site visits and appointment of RideEV dealers

    · Preparing infrastructure approvals, executing dealership agreements and training sales & and after-sales

    · Dealership monitoring and ensuring dealership regular ordering

    · Create business strategies, both digital and offline strategies to attract new dealers, and expand store traffic.

    · Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region and connect with people across teams & and levels.

    · Identify current and future customer product requirements in a market and provide honest recommendations to dealers. Establish rapport with prospects and actual dealers

    · Respond to dealer complaints proactive and always be available for them ( 24*7 * 365 )

    · Plan and organize offline promotional events in cities to generate leads and then convert them to dealership

    · Maintain awareness of market trends in the EV industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing

    Required skills

    · Past experience in business development/sales in automobile experience is preferred

    · Past experience of target driven sales with successful results in preferred

    · Trained in Microsoft Suite ( Word & Excel ) and CRM tools ( Zoho etc.)

    · Fully Bilingual (English/Hindi)

    · Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    · Willing to travel and go for client visits.

    · Negotiation, Time Management and Planning Skills.
