- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with Scheduling tools (MS Project, Office 365 Project)
- Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Planner, Trello, Kan-ban methods, etc., will be advantageous
- Communication skills (Verbal, Written, Non-Verbal)
- In the digital landscape, adaptability is key, hence, proficiency in Change Management is imperative for this role
- Ability to visualize the big picture within a project
- Capable of managing 6-8 small to midsize digital projects concurrently
- You will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including CxO levels - possessing strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Moderate Technical/Subject Matter expertise - our technical team is available for support
- Resilience and flexibility are paramount in an ever-evolving environment
- Handled a minimum of 1-2 Industry 4.0/digitalization projects
- Experience in managing projects involving application layer software
- Graduate Engineer in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or Electronics and Telecommunication with a strong academic background
- A Master's degree in business/project management would be beneficial
