We are seeking a Procurement & Operations Manager (MRO) who can independently build and operate our industrial sourcing engine from the ground up.
You will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, negotiating, and managing thousands of MRO SKUs across fasteners, electricals, tools, safety, pneumatics, hydraulics, consumables, and general industrial supplies.
If you've worked in environments like this before, or industrial OEM ecosystems — and you know how to build catalogs, not just use them — this role is for you.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage a scalable vendor network for industrial MRO categories.
Independently source, validate, and onboard 2,000+ SKUs across multiple categories.
Strong MRO Vendor base relationship.
Identify alternate vendors, substitute parts, and cross-compatible SKUs.
Negotiate pricing, MOQs, credit terms, lead times, and SLAs.
Design and maintain digital catalogs with accurate specs, UOMs, pricing, and metadata.
Ensure product quality, certifications, and compliance where required.
Own end-to-end supply chain execution: procurement.
Work closely with tech teams to automate workflows and inventory logic.
Build SOPs, playbooks, and sourcing frameworks for scale.
Solve on-ground operational problems — not escalate them.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years in industrial procurement, MRO sourcing, or B2B supply chain operations.
Prior experience with large SKU catalogs items).
Strong understanding of industrial product categories: fasteners, electricals, bearings, tools, PPE, pneumatics, hydraulics, etc.
Proven ability to build vendor networks from scratch.
Strong negotiation and vendor development skills.
Comfortable working on-ground with suppliers and warehouses.
High ownership mindset — you don't wait for instructions.
Strong Excel / ERP / catalog management experience.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
