We are seekingan accomplished Java Tech Lead with a 10 years of handsonexperience to join us on a contractual basis.

The ideal candidateshould have expertise in Java8 Spring Boot Microservices andpossess a strong understanding of design principles and patterns.

Additionally proficiency in technologies including Kafka AzureServerless SQL DB along with robust coding skills logical thinkinggood communication and collaboration abilities are crucial.

Experience with CI/CD DevOps and Agile methodologies is highlydesirable.

KeyResponsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of developers providing technical guidanceand support. Designdevelop and deliver robust software solutions using Java8 SpringBoot and Microservicesarchitecture.
Architect and implement Microservicesbased systems adhering todesign principles andpatterns. Applydesign principles and patterns to create scalable and reliablesystems. Expertisein technologies including Kafka Azure Serverless and SQLDB. Demonstratestrong handson coding skills and logicalthinking.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design develop anddeliver scalable and reliable softwaresolutions.
Implement CI/CD practices and work within a DevOpsculture. Embraceand promote Agilemethodologies.
Foster an environment of innovation collaboration and agiledevelopment.


Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or relatedfield. Minimum of10 years of handson experience in Javadevelopment.
Proficiency in Java8 Spring Boot andMicroservices.
Strong understanding of design principles andpatterns. Handsonexperience with Kafka Azure Serverless and SQLDB. Excellentcoding skills and logical thinkingabilities.
Effective communication and collaborationskills. Championbest practices in coding testing andCI/CD. Previousexperience in an Agileenvironment.
