- Manage both domestic and international sales.
- Handle inbound flow efficiently.

- Complete over 100 outreach activities daily to maximize sales potential.

- Manage accounts to foster long-term relationships and maximize sales opportunities.
- Inside Sales and Customer Service skills
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferably in SaaS)
- Experience in customer satisfaction and account management
- Lead Generation abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Prior experience in the drycleaning/laundry industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
