    With over two decades of industry experience, we serve Road Construction Companies, EPC Contractors, PWD, NHAI, MPRDC, Smart City Projects, Industrial Estates, Tourism Departments, Consultants, and Government Agencies across India.

    We are expanding our sales team and seeking professionals who understand institutional selling, tender processes, EPC coordination, and relationship management with government departments and consultants.

    Role Description

    We are looking for a result-oriented sales professional responsible for generating business in the domain of Road Safety Products, Highway & Navigation Signage, Commercial Retro-Reflective Signage, Street Furniture, Fire Evacuation Signage, and OHES products.

    The candidate will drive institutional and project-based sales with EPC contractors, road construction companies, consultants, and government departments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and expand business with Road Construction Companies, EPC Contractors, PWD, NHAI, MPRDC, Smart City Projects, Industrial Estates, Tourism Departments, and Infrastructure Consultants
    • Identify upcoming tenders, projects, and infrastructure developments
    • Build relationships with decision-makers, project managers, and procurement heads
    • Handle pre-bid discussions, product presentations, and technical coordination
    • Work closely with design and production teams for BOQ alignment and compliance
    • Drive quotation submissions, negotiations, and order closures
    • Follow up on payments and ensure smooth project execution coordination
    • Maintain MIS, sales pipeline tracking, and revenue forecasting
    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

    Required skills:

    • Strong understanding of institutional / B2G sales
    • Knowledge of IRC standards, retro reflective sheeting, highway signage specifications (preferred)
    • Experience handling tenders and EPC coordination
    • Ability to build long-term professional relationships
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills
    • Self-driven, target-oriented mindset.
    • 3–8 years experience in infrastructure, construction materials, road safety, signage, or allied industry
    • Engineering / Technical background preferred (Civil/Mechanical advantageous)
    • Willingness to travel extensively
    • Experience working with government departments is a strong advantage

    Qualifications

    • Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
    • Team management and leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and guiding sales teams.
    • Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and identifying business opportunities.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders.
    • Ability to analyze data and leverage insights for decision-making and sales planning.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
    • Knowledge of the safety equipment industry or related sectors is advantageous.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
