- Job Responsibilities
- Identifies business opportunities of liquid handling instruments in the assigned territory
- Visiting key customers / prospects like research institutions, govt. labs, pharmaceutical companies, food and beverage plants etc.
- Providing product demonstrations to the prospects, generating inquiries and follow up for the orders.
- Creating a distribution (dealer) network in the assigned territory / nurturing the existing distribution network and ensuring growth.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Prepares daily / weekly reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, conferences, road shows and other marketing activities
- Negotiate / Close deals and handle complaints or objections. International sales experience at a higher level.
- Involved in the service-related roles like Installation, commissioning, execution & maintenance.
- To handle the product troubleshooting in coordination with the R & D department. Key skills:
- Should have a good command of the local language and English
- Open to travel 10-15 days outside the resident city in a month
- Should be honest & self-driven
- Should be hardworking & loyal to the organization
