Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 02 years plus experience in handlingHealthcare US clients. Possess anunderstanding of US visa terms process and US employment legalrequirements. Excellent communicationskills; verbal andwritten.

Responsibilities:
Responsiblefor the fulllife recruitment cycle starting from sourcing tonegotiations.

Able to Understand the natureof the healthcare requirements and work on different Healthcareclients across the US.Sourcing candidatesusing different portals based on the job description and the skillset requirements.

Involved in Executive Search on job boards likeCareer Builder Dice Monster Techfetch and social media sourcingthrough Linkedin Facebook and GoogleSearch.

Screening the profiles according tothe job description while asking relevant probingquestions.
Discussing and negotiating the payrate and the employment type with thecandidate.

Submitting relevant profiles tothe client while supporting other requisitionssimultaneouslyConducting cold calls andmaintaining a database to follow up with potentialcandidatesGood sourcing skills with theability to create Boolean searchstrings.

Excellent Communication andinterpersonal skills.
