2. Prompt in allocating tasks to the reviewers

3. Monitoring and tracking the task progress at each stage

4. Ensuring tasks are completed before the deadline 5. Maintaining a track record of workflow 6. Following up on the task completion

7. Generating Language Teams production and completion reports and publishing

8. Tracking and creating individual team members daily task completion/status report

9. Work as a mediator in getting the task completed between the Review team and the Production team

10. Ability to learn fast

11. Having basic knowledge in using Microsoft word and excel
