    Job Description:
    Provide business application support for Services & Logistics Pega and Salesforce applications.
    Good to have knowledge in the Oracle Order Management module.

    Should be able to work in shiftsShould have prior experience of Incident Management , handling escalations, monitoring incidents, and alerts.

    Should be able to contribute to creation and maintenance of appropriate technical and business knowledge base documents.
    Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Highly preferred Cisco business operations experience.

    Skillset

    Pega 8.4 Certified System Architect (CSA) - At least 2 years of hands-on experienceGood to have Salesforce knowledge


    Other:
    Proficient in Oracle Order ManagementBasic understanding of data exchangeFamiliarity with SQL/PL SQL (intermittent)Skilled in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)


    Soft Skills:
