The role involves end-to-end business ownership - driving sales growth, managing strategic procurement, and optimizing scrap sourcing and recovery operations.

• BUSINESS STRATEGY & GROWTH

- Develop and execute the business strategy for the non-ferrous and scrap division.
- Identify growth opportunities across domestic and international markets for prime and scrap materials.
- Set and achieve volume, margin, and profitability targets.
- Conduct market intelligence on price trends competitor activities demand-supply dynamics.
