For AORBIS business, we are looking for experienced Python & AI/ML Developers to design, develop, test, and maintain our Python-based internal web application with a focus on Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) technologies.

Position: Python & AI/ML Developer

Location: Work from Office, Ahmedabad (S G Highway, Makarba)

Timings: 1pm to 10pm - Monday through Friday

Experience: Minimum 3-4 years

Responsibilities:

• Develop, scale, and maintain our computer vision models.
• Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and scaling of machine learning models.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software developers to integrate AI solutions into production.
• Monitor model performance and make iterative improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in machine learning, computer vision, and software deployment methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection guidelines during model development and deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Document development processes, code changes, and other critical information for internal teams and stakeholders.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Machine Learning Engineer role or similar.
• Profound knowledge in computer vision with hands-on experience in deploying models.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks/libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenCV.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices.
• Ability to work in a team and independently when required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or Equivalent
• 3-4 years of experience in Python/Open CV/Simple CV, Pillow languages and frameworks
• Image segmentation, Image analysis, Image registration and alignment, Image enhancement and restoration
• Object recognition and tracking
• Feature extraction, Pattern recognition, 3D reconstruction
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery etc.
• Knowledge of database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Exceptional logical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the capability to debug and troubleshoot issues effectively.
