    Job Overview

    They are hiring an Asia Merchanding Head for who will be responsible for managing all merchandising activities in the Asian market. This is a full-time position based India. The ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of experience in merchandising. Candidate will have to travel to with in India, US & China.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • More than 10 years of experience in merchandising
    • Strong knowledge of Asian market trends and consumer preferences
    • Experience in sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and vendors
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement merchandising strategies for the Asian market
    • Sourcing, production Management, quality management.
    • Work closely with the executive team to align merchandising activities with overall business goals
    • Monitor market trends and identify new product opportunities
    • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality products
    • Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products
    • Coordinate with product management team to ensure product availability and visibility
    • Track and analyze sales and inventory data to optimize merchandising strategies
    • Ensure smooth logistic arrangement.

    Candidate with US visa will be preferred
