- Oversee the work of the branding design team
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
- Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
- Visualise the entire design lifecycle of brands you work upon
- Develop straightforward design approaches to complex design challenges across packaging, brand development, corporate identity, mobile, digital and user experience design projects.
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
- To conceptualize and implement design solutions from concept to completion.
- Design and produce a wide array of media
- Designing original pieces, including illustrations and info graphics.
- Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval.
- Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, strategists
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our ongoing projects.
- Detail oriented, flexible, self-motivated and meeting deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in identity design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
- Portfolio of work
