Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Marketing Engineer / Manager with proven experience in handling government departments such as PWD, NHAI,
Bridges & Bridges Divisions,
CPWD, and other infrastructure authorities.
The role involves business development,government liaison,tender support,and promotion of our Bearing Expansion Joints Division
  • We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead generation project acquisition order finalization primary responsibility The marketing professional will be fully responsible generating project leads identifying upcoming government tenders creating business opportunities Convert leads into active enquiries through regular follow-ups technical discussions client meetings End-to-end responsibility convert enquiries confirmed Purchase Orders POs Work Orders Coordinate internal teams timely submission offers technical proposals commercial bids Take ownership negotiations ensure successful closure orders

    Tendering Order Finalization Support tendering activities including technical specification review BOQ analysis compliance preparation Assist commercial negotiations order finalization Monitor project status from order receipt execution handover Prepare MIS reports on leads tenders orders revenue Track competitor activities market trends upcoming government projects Required Skills Competencies Strong technical knowledge bridge building construction bearings expansion joints building joints Good understanding government tendering systems procedures Excellent communication negotiation presentation skills Self-motivated target-oriented able work independently Willingness travel extensively official site-related work Prior experience PWD NHAI Buildings Bridges Departments Experience infrastructure EPC manufacturing construction-related organizations Proven track record government project marketing business development Qualification B.E.
