    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing social media strategies, managing online communities, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure our social media presence aligns with our brand goals and targets our audience effectively. You will work closely with and manage a content creator intern to plan and coordinate engaging content for our social media channels.

    Docville is a rapidly growing new age facility that provides General Physician Home Visits and MD Physician Consultation at home via the use of latest digital devices. It is an alternative to clinics and hospitals with complete home care options from consultation, home treatment, home ICU and physiotherapy. Our use of IoT devices is a game changer in how healthcare is accessed in our country.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.

    Manage and work closely with the content creator intern to plan and coordinate content calendars across all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, , YouTube (but not limited to)

    Ensure that all content is consistent with the brand's voice, messaging, and guidelines.

    Monitor social media trends and audience insights to inform content creation and strategy.

    Manage and engage with online communities across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, , YouTube, but not limited to.

    Oversee social media advertising campaigns and SEO to optimize reach and engagement.

    Analyze and report on social media performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

    Collaborate with the on field team to align social media efforts with overall company objectives.

    Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in social media.

    Manage and respond to social media inquiries and customer feedback in a timely and professional manner.

    Assist in developing and executing influencer partnerships and collaborations.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

    Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

    Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work collaboratively with a content creator and other team members.

    Creative mindset with the ability to generate and execute innovative ideas.

    Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

    Strong organizational and project management skills.

    Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
