    What We're Looking For:

    • 14 to 20 years of relevant experience in Internet and Technology company that would include business development, marketing and customer and seller acquisition and seller onboarding
    • Startup experience is must. Entrepreneurial experience is preferred
    • MBA from a toptier B school is must
    • Strong in execution and taking initiatives with proven track record to build and scale, team and organization
    • Can handle end to end functioning of department at a large scale
    • Strategic thinker who can handle end to end functioning of department on a large scale according to circumstances with a clear objective of achieving overall revenue and organizational growth
    • Highly analytical with exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
    • Ability to effectively influence and collaborate with diverse external & internal stakeholders
    • Ability to multitask in a highpressure environment by having superior prioritization and time management skills
    • Excellent grip on numbers and goals
    • Attention to detail and desire to make an impact
    • Excellent People Management and Communication Skills
    • This role involves working directly with the leadership team
    • Result oriented, speed to market and ready to take ownership
    • Performance management and mentoring of his/her team members

    An Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills:

    • Meeting, connecting and presenting Droom as a platform to buyers &sellers
    • Interacting with client/companies and business owners to analyse the business model
    • Account management that would include enabling sellers across India to increase their business
    • Developing business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company's revenue goals and profitability
    • Driving new processes conducive to expanding our online marketing capabilities and cross company awareness
    • Strategies for increasing sales volume across four marketplace - B2B, B2C, C2B, C2C, cross selling / up selling etc.
    • Responsible for understanding sellers' overall strategic goals and translating these into strategies for consumer acquisition, conversion and retention
    • Coordinating with appropriate teams to manage online advertising, banner campaigns, text links and social media programs for different sellers
    • Monitoring of consumer industry and competitive behaviour
    • Co-own the P&L and understand where opportunities are and create a viable business to service them.
    • Responsible for sales targets, seller quality, seller order fulfillment and the overall customer experience
    • Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape, find opportunities and prioritize based on size, internal capabilities, etc.
