    Description

    Position Overview:

    The Onground Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales and increasing market penetration for our FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) products in the Ahmedabad region. They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers, executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1.Sales Strategy Execution:

    • Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
    • Conduct market research to understand consumer needs and preferences.

    2.Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
    • Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service delivery.

    3.Sales Operations:

    • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues.

    4.Market Analysis and Reporting:

    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
    • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitor analysis.

    5.Training and Development

    • Provide training and support to distributors, retailers, and sales team members.
    • Continuously upgrade product knowledge and selling skills.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal abilities and a customer-centric approach.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
