    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    • User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research to understand behavior and derive insights.
    • UX Concept Design: Define UX core principles and concepts for UI design that provide value to users and the company.
    • Commercialization Design: Ensure IA, workflow, and layout are commercializable, based on detailed scenarios and core principles.
    • Validation: Perform self and external validation, incorporating feedback for improvement.
    • Independence & Collaboration: Take direction but work independently, collaborating with design, product, and marketing teams.
    • Research Studies: Design and conduct user research studies, including surveys, interviews, field studies, and concept testing.
    • Deliverables: Produce storyboards, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual specifications.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate UX at various design stages using wireframes, flow diagrams, and mock-ups.
    • Feedback Integration: Integrate user feedback and business requirements into product updates.
    • Advocacy: Advocate for design-centered changes and improvements.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • B.Des or M.Des degree in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Human Factors, Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in user experience design.
    • Portfolio showcasing multiple projects and direct contributions.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strategic Influence: Use UX research to strategically influence product strategies and roadmaps.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Build trust and confidence with stakeholders, and advocate for better outcomes for users or customers.
    • Research Roadmap Creation: Independently create and execute research roadmaps for large-scale, complex projects with high levels of ambiguity or complexity.
    • Impact Measurement: Effectively measure and describe the impact of your work over time.
    • Research Analysis: Analyze existing research from multiple sources to develop informed opinions.
    • Advocacy Skills: Advocate for members and customers needs within cross-functional teams through written reports, presentations, summaries, workshops, and visual artifacts.

    Mindset and Adaptability: Demonstrate a growth mindset, adaptability, and perseverance in solving challenging problems.
