    The Job

    Job Description:

    Our client is looking for a talented and experienced Pega CDH Developer to join our team. As a Pega CDH Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) to meet our clients' business needs. You will work closely with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Pega platform.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and implement Pega CDH solutions to meet business requirements.
    • Work closely with business analysts to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
    • Develop Pega CDH decision strategies, decision data flows, and decision data stores.
    • Configure Pega CDH components such as decision strategies, propositions, and predictive models.
    • Integrate Pega CDH with external systems and data sources using Pega integration capabilities.
    • Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for Pega CDH solutions.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Pega CDH implementations.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
    • Stay updated with Pega platform updates and new features to ensure best practices and optimal solution design.
    • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of Pega CDH projects.

    The Profile

    • You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
    • You have at least 5 years experience, ideally within a Software Engineer role.
    • You have working knowledge of pega, CDH and LSA
    • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
    • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
    • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
