    Job Summary:

    The Compliance Underwriter performs compliance reviews within TRID 3.0 and TRID 1.0 scopes to ensure federal and state regulatory requirements are met.

    • Reviews loan data from mortgage documents
    • Analyzes settlement fees for state and federal testing
    • Evaluates disclosure process including delivery, timing, required verbiage, execution and completeness of all State and Federal documentation
