Description

Given our focus on high quality instructional design inputs to our learning content, an ID is a key part of our offering to the customer. He/she will be part of activities to understand the learning context, gather raw content, create a variety of learning solutions (including gamified solutions) and build consensus with customer teams, develop the designs into detailed storyboards, and also work with the production teams to ensure the designs are well executed. We are looking for people who have a very strong grip on language and communication, a sound understanding of the theoretical background for learning content creation, and has some exposure to authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, html, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with client personnel including subject matter experts (SMEs), to understand requirements and gather raw content
• Analyze learning needs and objectives to determine the most effective instructional strategies and delivery methods.
• Design engaging and interactive learning experiences that incorporate multimedia elements, simulations, scenarios, and assessments.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and prototypes for e-learning courses, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and client requirements.
• Apply adult learning principles, instructional design theories, and best practices to create effective learning solutions.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and usability of e-learning content.
• Stay current on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in instructional design and e-learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Masters degree, preferably in one of the learning/education related domains
• 2+ years of experience in the instructional design or related domain
• Experience in e-learning content development is a plus
• Extremely English language and strong written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Exposure to e-learning related authoring tools/platforms
