    B2K Analytics (B2K) is a boutique advisory firm offering risk management, research, analytics, consulting, investment management, infrastructure advisory, and skill development services. Founded in 2015, B2K operates with a niche clientele and aims to expand rapidly in Indian markets and abroad.
    Role Summary:
    We seek a fast-paced and energetic individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to help expand business and client base in India. The candidate will be the front face of the company, traveling extensively across India for client acquisition, developing local sales agents, and building channel partners. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
    Roles & Responsibilities:
    Revenue Generation and Growth:
    • Accountable for achieving revenue targets with a focus on renewals and new business
    • Client Acquisition:
    • Acquire new large enterprise and SME clients globally
    • Follow up on new business opportunities and set up meetings/calls
    • Communicate new service offers to prospective clients
    • Develop a strategy for growing business in risk management and consulting areas
    Key Client Growth:
    • Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients
    • Understand clients' businesses and upsell/cross-sell services
    • Deliver exceptional client service daily
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
    • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
    Marketing:
    • Build robust partnerships with various channels
    • Represent B2K at industry events and assume speaker responsibilities
    • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
    • Develop and implement clientele-specific solutions
    Others:
    • Liaise between clients and delivery teams
    • Research and present market conditions, competitive data, and trends to management
    • Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction
    • Submit monthly sales forecast and sales pipeline, keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
    • Develop a robust team by mentoring other people in the sales team
    Skill Set:
    • Experienced and confident person with a proven track record in business development and marketing in the financial service or consulting industry, preferably risk and analytics consulting
    • Excellent people skills with strong EQ, including verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Demonstrated experience with strategic business planning with the ability to walk the talk and demonstrate by doing hands-on work wherever necessary
    • Experience in developing markets abroad is an added advantage
    • Strong analytical and numerical ability with experience in generating reports, data presentation, and metrics-based decision-making
    • Superlative presentation and communication skills
    • Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated record of success and associate engagement
    • Experience in motivating and engaging others and successfully achieving strategic goals
    Qualification: B.Sc. or B.Com / BTech + MBA from a recognized institute in India.
    Experience: 12-15 years of business development and marketing experience.
    Travel: Frequent travel across India.
