Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage in-depth knowledge of ISO 20022 standards and payment processing systems to analyze and optimize solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable epics and user stories.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for requirements, workflows, and system designs.
• Analyze complex business problems and propose feasible, non-technical solutions.
• Provide optimal system solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business users, to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

• Domain Expertise: Strong working experience in the Payments domain, including ISO 20022 standards and payment processing systems.
• Business Analysis Skills: Proficient in gathering, documenting, and managing requirements. Skilled in creating epics and user stories.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to propose effective solutions and alternatives for business challenges.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
