    Job Overview

    :As the Performance Management & Analytics Engineer, you will lead the development and implementation of performance management frameworks and data analytics strategies to drive organizational success. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting key performance metrics and insights to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Your expertise in performance management methodologies, analytics tools, and strategic thinking will be instrumental in aligning performance goals, driving operational excellence, and optimizing business outcomes

    • tools.Proficiency in data analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL,
    • Excel).Solid understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting techniques, and performance m
