Location- Mumbai/ Vadodara

Experience- 5-15 Years

Education- B.E. / B. Tech (Chemical) from reputed University/ Institute

Interview- F2F

Job Details :-

ITB and other specifications review and implement the requirements in deliverables.

 Carry out process engineering activities

 Preparation of Equipment data sheet, Instrument Data Sheets,

 Equipment list and other process deliverables.

 Review and update PFD, P&ID, MSD etc.

 Interact and support with Other Departments for Detail Engineering Activities.

 Help LE in study of ITB document in detail and catch up the project Specific salient points.

Follow Job Instruction as issued by LE.

 Revise documents and Drawings at each incremental engineering stage Following QCP

guidelines.

 PSV calculations (relief load and inlet/outlet line sizing) and reparation of PSV data sheets

 Carry out Hydraulics for pump / compressor loops and non-pump/non-compressor loops

for fixing differential pressure and line sizing.

 Carry out hydraulics for control valves and prepare data sheets

 Preparation of line list. Specialty item data sheet.

 Prepare control Narratives, Cause & Effect Charts and safeguarding memorandum etc.

 Participate in review meetings for 3D Model / HAZOP / SIL as instructed by LE

 Provide input for electrical area classification (HAZARD source List)

 Check vendor prints.

 Review / monitor the activities of Designers.

 Field Engineering support like line check and verifying actual plant status with P&ID.

 Support during Pre-commissioning / Commissioning.
