    As a paralegal you will be able to play an active and key role in our Projects team, while being part of the wider transaction advisory and business development team.

    The international focus of our business will allow you to participate in blue-chip transactions, first of its kind market entries as well as a decent international exposure with leading banks, law firms and business counterparties.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide support for transactional and corporate legal work, including due diligence, CPs management, document review, preparation of Board of Directors resolutions and other related tasks.
    • Assist in drafting certain components of a transaction (e.g. NDAs, Powers of attorney, company incorporation documents, ancillary documents, etc.).
    • Conduct research on various legal topics, including regulatory matters and M&A transactions.
    • Handle all day-to-day work related to government and other external relations with respect to legal paperwork, filing application forms, attestations, etc.
    • Assist the senior lawyers with drafting legal documents and presentation.

    Experience & Qualifications:

    • A bachelor's degree in law
    • 1– 5 years' experience as a paralegal or 1-3 years' experience as junior lawyer.
    • Excellent Word, Power Point and Outlook skills.
    • Experience with corporate, commercial law and/or contract laws; experience Corporate, M&A or Finance transactions is a plus.
    • Experience in setting up companies, M&A or Project Finance transactions or CPs management is a plus.
    • Fluent in English.
