Key Responsibilities

• Implement state-of-the-art machine learning models for GenAI and NLP applications.
• Private LLM development
• Lead the full model development lifecycle from conception to deployment, including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and iteration.
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and data scientists to integrate AI capabilities into products and services.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI research and technologies in GenAI and NLP to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
• Mentor junior machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.
• Drive innovation by exploring creative AI solutions to complex problems.
• Ensure the ethical use of AI technologies, prioritizing privacy, security, and fairness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning or AI research and development, with a strong focus on GenAI and NLP.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Extensive experience with NLP techniques (e.g., BERT, GPT) and generative models.
• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals and deep learning.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/ Google Cloud / Azure) and MLOps tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Desirable Skills
