About the Role

This full-time remote position requires a Headmistress who will travel across regions to visit and audit branches, as well as train teachers.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and evaluate the educational programs implemented at the branches
• Develop and implement curriculum enhancements to improve student outcomes
• Provide guidance and training to teachers to ensure high-quality education
• Maintain open communication channels with branch staff and leadership
• Travel extensively to various locations, ensuring compliance with company standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in curriculum development and educational program implementation
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work independently and remotely
• Demonstrated knowledge of pedagogical approaches and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in educational administration or school management
