    • Develop compelling sales pitchesabout our services and effectively communicate them to keydecisionmakers within target companies.
    • Utilizepersuasive communication techniques to engage prospects andshowcase the value proposition of ourservices.
    • Lead negotiations with potentialclients adhering to company contract guidelines andpolicies.
    • Close deals in a timely manner tomeet or exceed sales targets.
    • Cultivate andmaintain strong relationships with existing clients identifyingopportunities for upselling orcrossselling.
    • Provide ongoing support and serveas a trusted advisor to clients ensuring their needs are meteffectively.
    • Establish and manage a robustsales pipeline using CRM tools such as Odoo or ZohoCRM.
    • Continuously update and track progressthrough various stages of the salescycle.
    • Analyze market trends and competitoractivities to identify areas for growth anddifferentiation.
    • Work closely with seniormanagement and marketing teams to align business developmentefforts with overall organizationalgoals.
    • Drive consistent sales growth byacquiring new accounts and positioning our services as essentialsolutions for clientsneeds.

    MustHaveSkills

    • 2 years ofexperience in B2B Sales.
    • Should have extensiveknowledge in recruitment sales and clientacquisition.
    • Need experience in technologysales staffing consulting services a strong background in businessdevelopment and customer relationships.
    • Needexperience closing new business deals by coordinating requirements;developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contractrequirements with business operations.
    • Shouldhave strong communication skills articulation and presentationskills
    • A gogetter who is hungry to be a part ofthe fabulous growthstory

    Goodto Have Skills

    • Open towork in a startup. Experience in sales marketing and relationshipbuilding. Excellent communication Presentation and interpersonalskills.
    • Ability to analyze and interpret salesdata and market trends. Ability to work independently and as a teamplayer in a fastpaced environment.
