• Work with project managersto develop detailed project plans timelines and milestones.
• Assist in creating and maintaining projectschedules to ensure ontime delivery.
• Coordinate with various teams and departmentsto allocate resources (personnel equipment materials) for projecttasks. Monitor resource utilization and availability.
• Serve as a central point of contact forproject stakeholders both internal and external.
• Provide regular project updates and reports tomanagement and clients.
• Maintain projectdocumentation including contracts specifications and change orders.
• Ensure all project files are organized and upto date.
• Identify and assess project risksproposing mitigation strategies.
• Monitorproject progress and address any deviations from theplan.
• Collaborate with the quality assuranceteam to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed industrystandards and client expectations.
• Fosterpositive relationships with clients and address their inquiries andconcerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Act as a representative of the companypromoting our commitment to quality and customersatisfaction.

Desired CandidateProfile

• Bachelors degree in projectmanagement engineering business or a related field.
• Proficiency in project management software andtools.
• Proven experience in projectcoordination or a similar role preferably in industrial automationprojects.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills .
• Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
