- Manage the full accounting cycle for the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
- Prepare GST returns and maintain compliance with all statutory regulations.
- Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
- Assist with year-end closing procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized accounting system using Tally software.
- Liaise with external auditors during audits.
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (CA/ACMA/CMAA qualification a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, GST, and Tally software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
